Final Interior Cleaning Includes

General Interior

• Remove construction dust from accessible surfaces, ledges, shelving and built-ins.
• Clean doors, doorframes, baseboards, trim and hardware.
• Wipe accessible switches, outlet covers, light fixture exteriors and vent covers.

Cabinetry & Closets

• Vacuum and wipe empty cabinet and drawer interiors.
• Clean cabinet faces, drawer fronts and handles.
• Clean accessible closet shelves and built-in shelving.

Kitchen

• Clean countertops, backsplashes, sinks and faucets.
• Clean installed appliance exteriors.
• Remove ordinary construction dust from accessible finished surfaces.

Bathrooms

• Clean toilets, tubs, showers, sinks, countertops and fixtures.
• Clean mirrors and accessible shower glass.
• Remove ordinary construction dust and soil from finished surfaces.

Floors

• Vacuum finished floors, accessible edges and corners.
• Mop or clean floors using methods appropriate for the material.

Minor Labels & Adhesive

• Remove minor stickers, labels and light adhesive where safely removable using surface-compatible methods.
• Preserve manufacturer and warranty labels unless removal is authorized.

Window Cleaning

Standard window cleaning is quoted separately and includes interior and exterior cleaning.

Includes glass washing, wiping accessible frames and sills, and removing light dust from accessible tracks.

One conventional single- or double-hung window assembly counts as one standard window.

Oversized picture windows, true divided-light windows, skylights and windows requiring specialty access are quoted separately.

Hourly services: One cleaner-hour means one person working for one hour. Estimated hours and charges require approval before work begins.

Garages and exterior areas: Includes accessible-surface dust removal and appropriate floor cleaning. Pressure washing and heavy residue removal are excluded.

Pre-occupancy touch-up: Includes light dusting of exposed surfaces, a bathroom refresh and floor cleaning. Renewed heavy construction dust or substantial additional work requires a separate quote.

• Off-site debris hauling and disposal.
• Machine floor scrubbing, polishing, sealing or restoration.
• Glass restoration and hard-water stain removal.
• Oversized, specialty or difficult-access windows.
• Work requiring lifts, scaffolding or specialty equipment.
• Widespread paint overspray, cement, mortar or grout haze.
• Rough cleaning or additional construction-cleaning phases.

Hazardous-material cleanup, remediation, repairs and correction of damaged finishes are outside this service offering. HVAC duct interiors and dismantling fixtures or cabinetry are excluded.

Scheduling & Site Preparation

Quotes can be prepared remotely using the interior square footage, current photos or video, window details and anticipated cleaning date. Garages and exterior areas are measured separately.

Before service:

• Dust-producing construction work must be complete.
• Bulk debris must be removed.
• Finishes must be sufficiently cured for cleaning.
• Safe access, working water, electricity and adequate lighting must be available.
• Special care instructions for delicate finishes must be provided.

If conditions materially differ from the information supplied, we will document the additional work and obtain written approval of any price adjustment before proceeding.

Completion & Follow-Up

Our team inspects the agreed areas upon completion. Verified cleaning deficiencies within the agreed scope are corrected at no additional charge.

New dust, debris or soil caused by subsequent contractor activity is handled through a separately priced touch-up or return service.

Pricing covers one final cleaning visit unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes are additional. Final scope and pricing are confirmed in the written proposal.
