Our team refreshes kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and offices by dusting surfaces, sanitizing countertops, cleaning sinks and mirrors, wiping appliance exteriors, vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and replacing trash liners. We also provide a light interior microwave wipe and can wash one load of dishes as part of our commitment to maintaining a polished and welcoming environment.

Maintenance Cleaning is ideal for homeowners who want to enjoy a beautifully maintained home without the stress of keeping up with it themselves.

Standard Cleaning

Our Standard Cleaning service is perfect for one-time or occasional cleanings when your home needs more than routine upkeep but doesn't require a full deep clean.

In addition to detailed dusting and sanitation throughout the home, we provide enhanced attention to kitchens and bathrooms, including scrubbing sinks, polishing mirrors, cleaning appliance exteriors, wiping visible cabinet fronts, sanitizing high-touch surfaces, and thoroughly cleaning the interior of microwaves.

Reachable ceiling fans, blinds, doors, and other commonly overlooked areas receive additional attention, while floors are carefully vacuumed and mopped to restore your home's fresh, polished appearance.

This service is ideal for seasonal refreshes, special occasions, or homes that simply need a little extra care.

Deep Cleaning

For first-time clients and homes requiring a complete reset, our Deep Cleaning service delivers the highest level of detail and care.

Beyond the services included in our Standard Cleaning, we address the buildup and hidden areas that accumulate over time. Our team meticulously cleans cabinet fronts, baseboards, blinds, doors and door frames, reachable light fixtures, ceiling fans, and other detailed surfaces throughout the home.

Kitchens receive extensive attention, including degreasing appliance exteriors, detailed microwave cleaning, and removal of buildup around sinks and countertops. Bathrooms are deep scrubbed to restore cleanliness and shine. Floors are vacuumed with special attention to edges, corners, and hard-to-reach areas.

The result is a comprehensive, top-to-bottom transformation that leaves your home feeling refreshed, restored, and luxuriously clean.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Personal Items

    All personal items must be put away and out of the cleaners' way to ensure a thorough cleaning. If there are several items left around the home, an additional organizing fee will be charged on top of the cleaning price. 

  • Dishwashing

    Our recurring cleaning service includes washing and putting away one load of dishes. Any remaining dishes will be placed in the dishwasher to run.

  • Pets

    For the safety of our cleaners, all pets must be secured and kept away during the cleaning process.

  • Utilities Requirement

    The property must have functioning air conditioning, electricity, and running water for our cleaners to perform their duties. If any of these services are not available at arrival, we will be unable to proceed with the cleaning, and a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price will be charged.

  • Recurring Cleaning Requirement

    To maintain our special rates for weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly recurring cleaning services, bookings must be made consistently every month according to your selected frequency. If you miss scheduling a cleaning in any given month, the next service will automatically be reclassified as a deep clean/first-time clean, and you will be charged the corresponding rate.

  • Decluttering

    If clutter needs to be picked up before cleaning, a $50/ hour organizing fee will be tracked separately and added to your total, with duration and cost communicated upon completion.

Cancelation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to postpone or cancel your cleaning service. However, please note our policies regarding such situations to ensure fair and efficient service to all our clients.

  1. Cancellation Policy:

    • If a cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service, there will be no cancellation fee.

    • If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled service, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price will apply.

    • If a cancellation is made within 4 hours of the scheduled service, we will charge 100% of the service price.

  2. Rescheduling Policy:

    • Clients may reschedule their service more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without incurring any rescheduling fee.

    • If a client reschedules within 24 hours to 2 hours of the scheduled appointment, a rescheduling fee of 20% of the service price will apply.

Please note that we implement these policies to compensate for the time and resources allocated for your service, which could have been utilized for other clients.
